i dont think a lot of girls realize how hard you have to work to get "big". You do not become arnold overnight. I spent two years waking up at 3:3o am to eat half a chicken or something similar, and then going back to bed, waking up and running/lifting my balls off for hours HEAVY until failure.
This is not that type of programming we do. My only real weight changes in 7 months of CFing have been to become leaner. CF in a way is a sort of holy grail... get stronger without gaining the weight. Pretty f'ing cool deal if you ask me.
When you're 185 lbs. of pure, twisted sex appeal, like me, and you wake up at 330am to eat chicken, you eat the whole chicken. None of this halfway stuff.
My favorite one was when a friend(female) of mine said "I cant do crossfit, cause ill get big shoulders like a linebacker". No you will not. I wake at 330 am, catch a chicken, make it give me eggs, pluck, and cook it and eat it. Then im back in bed by 335am. Do Work Son!!!!
